Subscriptions and Billing
1. Your trial and access after expiry
Every new account starts with 14 days of full access and no payment card. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, you can still sign in and review your workspace. Business operations pause, but your account and records are kept. Billing and recovery remain available. Offline changes waiting on your device will not sync until access is restored.
2. One set of tools, different included capacity
Both plans include the same product features. Single Shop includes one location and three staff seats. Growing Business includes up to three locations and ten staff seats. The owner is excluded from the staff-seat count, and products are unlimited. You can add locations or staff capacity to either plan, up to the limits shown in checkout.
3. Upgrades and added capacity
Choose the plan or added capacity you need and review the checkout total. Once payment is confirmed, the upgrade takes effect. The new paid term is added after your current paid period, so you keep the time already paid for.
4. Downgrades and capacity reductions
A downgrade or capacity reduction is scheduled for the end of your current paid period. You can cancel a scheduled change in Billing before then. The new capacity must cover your existing locations and active staff seats, so deactivate staff accounts before lowering the staff limit. While a reduction is pending, new additions that exceed its target capacity are blocked.
5. Payment and recurring renewal
Checkout shows the provider, available payment methods, currency, plan, capacity, term, renewal amount, and total for your account before payment. You must separately accept the renewal authorization to continue. Where the provider and payment method support recurring charges, the disclosed monthly amount is charged after the prepaid term and monthly thereafter. Otherwise, renewal is manual. You can cancel future renewal in Billing; paid access continues to the end of the current paid period. A reported bank transfer is not a recurring-payment authorization, and access changes only after the payment is verified.
6. Renewal problems and the grace period
If an automatic renewal fails, access remains available during the renewal grace period, which can last up to seven days after the paid period ends. After the grace period, business operations pause while workspace review and billing remain available. Contact support if a confirmed payment has not restored access.
7. Plan access and staff permissions
A subscription controls paid access and workspace capacity. It does not give every team member the same authority. The owner manages billing, and each staff member's assigned permissions still determine which actions they can perform.
